HB: Java Binary Clock

This is a clock displaying the time but in binary!
It is therefore necessary to know how to convert binary-decimal to be able to use
I realized after seeing a similar clock screen saver in a computer.

Principle:
Are the one in green, red ... 0
Should read from bottom to top: D and from left to right ...
Thus, the first two columns represent the hours, the next two, minute, and the last two, the second.
